“For more than 30 years I have wanted to be fit and have the type of body that I have envied on others.  It took me until my mid-40’s to have the courage to come into a place like UP and leave my ego outside long enough to get one.

I arrived at UP a pile of middle aged mush with multiple injuries: torn cartridge in a knee and hip and a nasty shoulder impingement which meant I could not even bench a bar without weights.

Fortunately, the team at UP matched me with Sean Murphy, an excellent trainer, who took the time and personal interest to design programmes and diets that have been truly transformational.

Sean’s own interest in my progress kept me motivated and has been a key factor in my results to date.  Not only do I look better, none of the injuries I came to UP with have any negative impact on my life now.  I have recently benched 110KG and my legs have become so strong that I can move faster than men half my age.
