What do you feel that you have achieved:
I feel I have achieved and am continuing to achieve my goals of fat loss and the ongoing development of lean muscle. I am still continuing my training programme but have seen improvements continually on a weekly basis.
What have you learned:
I have learned a great deal about training techniques, diet and nutrition from my trainer. In terms of training I have been shown a broad range of techniques to achieve varying goals from fat loss to improving lean muscle, strength training and the like. This has gone along side in depth information regarding diet and nutrition to help me achieve the best results possible from my training. I have been shown how all these elements combined is the key to accomplishing my aims.
What’s next for you:
I am continuing my training with Ultimate Performance. I am still in the process of realising my targets and feel my trainer has brought me a long way towards this.
I have recommended Ultimate Performance to friends as the best gym in providing all the elements to successful personal training.
