Not necessarily the first or the most obvious words you would expect to read on a personal training site aimed at helping women get into the best shape of their lives. But what good does it ever do to hide behind the truth. It is harder for women to get in shape, but is by no means whatsoever impossible. It just takes a bit more “educated effort” sometimes.

Women need a different approach from men. They are more susceptible to the vagaries of estrogen and thyroid fluctuations, and this can have a severe impact upon keeping a lean and tight figure.
