For Victoria, the long term learning and discipline are the biggest takeaways from the program.

“I would say the biggest thing that I’m leaving with is the discipline and routine that it takes.

“It’s not as crazy or as intense as you might think. It’s just about making sure that every single day you follow a routine.

“You’ve got to have the discipline on what to eat and what type of workout you do – it’s just about being consistent with it.

“And obviously, all the training techniques and tips, nutrition education and things like that will stay with me forever.”
