I contacted UP as I wanted to lose a few pounds before my wedding. After being a member of different conventional gyms where you are left alone with your goals and your difficulties in achieving it, I was looking for a place where I will be taken care of, not only from training point of view, but also where I could get advice on everyday nutrition/supplements and my progress will be followed closely.

What do you feel that you have achieved:

Besides the fact that I am very close to my goal, I am more conscious about my body, I have a healthy lifestyle and I got so much more energy!

What have you learned:

I learned a lot from Richard, my personal trainer, who is so much more than just a trainer. I learned from him a lot about women’s specific needs in nutrition, training, supplements, our problem areas and how to fix them. I learned that if you want badly enough, you can get it. I learned that with patience, discipline, hard training, the right nutrition and supplementation, you can change the shape of your body. I learned that there are no excuses….this was the hardest bit :-)
