Our small class group training sessions are tightly-run training sessions of anything from 2-8 people where we take you round our state of art gyms in a closely coached exercise program that’s all about results and hard work.

If you want an easy ride then we respectfully suggest that you join a Zumba class because we are not for you.
Conversely, if you want to be beasted with minimal attention to form and workout structure then join your local Crossfit box. We are the opposite of those unscrupulous businesses who throw a series of exercises together and call it a “workout”…

What you need to remember is that the photos above show real people based in London working real jobs, with real stresses and strains. They are not professional trainers who have gone through a transformation to help market the business. And yes, that does happen all the time – just not at UP!

Here’s what we do for you on the 6-Week TeamUP Meltdown Program:

Training!

Depending upon the package you opt for you will train 2-5 times a week.

Don’t worry if you aren’t super fit because whilst the training is in a group format we can ensure you go at a pace that is appropriate to you.

Diet

Following a sensible and sustainable diet is the key to your fat loss progress.

At the start of your Meltdown program we give you 10 easy to grasp, not always simple to follow (whilst we have ways to maximise progress there are no shortcuts for self disciple) nutritional rules based on your individual BioSignature Modulation test.

BioSignature Modulation

At the start of your Meltdown program we run a BioSignature Modulation test that is a simple 8 point calliper reading designed to show us your starting body fat % and any hormonal discrepancies that may impact how we structure your diet / supplement advice.

In a nutshell, the unique distribution of your body fat isn’t a random act of God but part of the complex interplay between your genetics, hormones and environment (diet, lifestyle, energy balance).

We then run follow BioSignature tests at the end of weeks 3 and 6 to ensure that you are accountable and on track to get the results that you deserve.

The Cost of TeamUP Meltdown & How It Works

First off, you may well need a new wardrobe so don’t buy any new clothes until after the 6 weeks are up!

You get to choose when you train based on the timetable at the bottom of this page. Don’t worry, you don’t need to decide now, you just need to book in every week so you can chop and change according to your diary.
