As the big day approaches every bride and her entourage has a thousand things to deal with – organising the hen night, attending the bridal shower, making sure that the men do strictly as they are told and nothing more, and of course fitting perfectly into dresses and being in absolute tip top shape for the photos and videos that will be emailed and data streamed across the world to be passed down from generation to generation.
Here at Ultimate Performance we are highly experienced in ensuring that women look their best for their big day – whether it is for a wedding or a Victoria’s Secret photo shoot we know how to prepare the female body so that it is at its most svelte, trim and healthy come the big day. We leave no stone unturned and offer a bespoke service that covers every aspect of conditioning, including step by step diet plans, supplementation programmes, hormonal modulation where necessary, and of course every aspect of exercise training from fat loss through to toning up.
Our bridal boot camp packages come in two distinct forms. The first is aimed solely at the bride-to-be and is a 6 Week Programme where everything is geared towards ensuring the bride is fully confident in her body as she walks down the aisle. The second package is a 3 Week Plan designed to help all the bridal party members (our minimum number here is for 2 people) get themselves fit, healthy and vibrant in an absolute minimum amount of time. Under other circumstances we would be tempted to call this “drop a dress size in 3 weeks”, but the truth is that dropping dress sizes isn’t the ideal approach for all our clients. It is all about looking and feeling your very best, and the tape measure is only one way to assess progress.
Both of these packages incorporate the best aspects of our other services such as our famous Meltdown Fat Loss Programme and Biosignature Modulation, all blended into the ideal programme for each individual client.
