James is an experienced personal trainer who has actually been working at Ultimate Performance since we opened our first personal training gym in early 2009, a year later making the challenging step up from freelance trainer to working as part of the UP team. James has carved out a niche as one of our most affable trainers who can work with a broad array of potential clients, enjoying particular success with female fat loss clients.
The other string to his bow is his boxing / kickboxing abilities, honed in Thailand where he has taken himself on specific courses, and his individual and two-on-one boxing conditioning classes are proving very popular as an extra way to shed body fat. James has managed to make something that is very hard work look like great and accessible fun. This is no easy achievement!
