If you are seeking a hungry, highly motivated, impeccably well trained and career minded Personal Trainer then Aimee Stevens fits that description to a tee. She has worked all over the world, coached high profile clients, and has an excellent academic pedigree to go with her growing “in the trenches” experience.
Aimee has both a BSc in Sports Science from Birmingham University as well as MSc in Strength & Conditioning from Edinburgh University, so it is no great stretch to say that improving performance and health have been at the forefront of her personal agenda since she was just a teenager. She has built on this foundation during tenures in both Dubai and New Zealand where she excelled as a Personal Trainer, working with royalty in the UAE and being hailed as the “Trainer of the Year” across New Zealand’s largest gym chain. Returning to her native England she was snapped up by UP, but not before she broke a few rules by securing herself a position as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for a national 3 rugby club, Tonbridge Juddians.
Aimee has proven herself to be a highly adaptable and empathetic trainer capable of delivering very tough workouts on the one hand, and working on injuries and rebuilding confidence on the other. As a BioSignature Modulation qualified practitioner she has a strong grasp of nutrition and hormonal optimisation as well as all things exercise related, and her stated goal is to be recognised as one of the very best female Personal Trainers in the United Kingdom. She knows very well that at UP this means she is judged by the results that she helps her clients to achieve, so this guarantees every one who works with Aimee a full time, hands on coaching experience.
