There is much to be said for undertaking certain conditioning workouts in the great outdoors. A gym is a great place for a controlled weights workout, and resistance training sessions should have their place in virtually every well rounded exercise programme. However, whether its feeling the sun shining on your face or even an invigorating autumnal shower refreshing you as you finish your last round of interval sprints or cross park lunges, for some of us exercising outdoors is an empowering and positive experience that cannot be replicated within the confines of any health club or gymnasium.
As such, in certain circumstances we are prepared to travel to different venues in order to coach our clients in outdoor sessions. The areas and parks we have worked in include the following places, but we are always open-minded to anywhere new!
